Royal Canin, a dazzling acceleration

As early as the seventies, Royal Canin started to expand outside France: first in the European markets, and then, from 1988 on, on the North American continent.

Today, faithful to its origin in the Camargue region (the headquarters are still based in Aimargues), Royal Canin is an international company that has managed to establish itself as a major player in cat and dog Health Nutrition throughout the world.

Since 2002, Royal Canin is part of the Mars group, and through this merging process we’ve been able to take advantage of additional growth leverage, our ambition being the world leadership in health nutrition, in full respect of our identity and of our strategy.
